Colette Hebert is a twelfth year Music Educator in the NYC Schools. She has directed choirs from Westchester County, New York City and Central New York. Colette has led international choir festivals in Austria, Germany, Australia, Hawaii and in New York City. Her Bachelor and Master degrees in Music Education and Music Industry are from Syracuse University. She is currently in the graduate program at Columbia University. Colette has studied with faculty at the Van Cliburn Piano Institute in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and at the Eastman Piano Institute in Rochester, New York. She published her first book, “30 Countries in 30 Years,” which is available at Barnes & Noble. She is also the Founder and President of The DAR Project, a 501(c)3 non-profit based in Tanzania, East Africa.
